3.2. Refund Eligibility:
3.2.1 Pre-Recorded Video Content and Downloadable Resources
3.2.1.1 All sales of pre-recorded videos and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable.
3.2.1.2 Access to content is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore, refunds cannot be issued once content has been accessed or downloaded.
3.2.2 Live Sessions and Webinars
3.2.2.1 You may request a refund for a live session or webinar up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
3.2.2.2 No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.
3.2.2.3 In the event that a session is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session at no additional cost.
3.3 Technical Issues
3.3.1 If you experience technical issues, except internet connectivity and related issues, that prevent access to purchased content, please contact our support team at info@lawify.co.za within 48 hours of the issue occurring.
3.3.2 We will make every effort to resolve the issue, and if we are unable to provide access, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
