Alicia Stieger, BA, LLB
Alicia Stieger proudly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law from the esteemed University of Pretoria in 2014, pouring her heart into her studies with a focus on Criminology and Psychology. Alicia also successfully earned her Representative and Key Individual Certificates in the insurance industry while diligently pursuing her legal career. Each lesson learned was not just academic; it was a stepping stone towards making a real difference in the legal profession. Whilst serving her articles, Alicia’s relentless spirit drove her to obtain her LLB Degree from the University of South Africa in 2017.
Admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa she brings extensive knowledge in the field of property and believes that transparency with clients and integrity are the most important values one can uphold in the legal profession. She holds the belief that individuals can continue to learn at any age, and that knowledge serves as a crucial key that unlocks numerous opportunities in both professional and personal life.
With a wealth of experience navigating complex property transactions at Burden Swart & Botha Attorneys, Alicia is driven by a vision to cultivate and enhance an outstanding Conveyancing Department. She is not merely practicing law; she is pouring her heart and soul into every transaction, determined to leave an indelible mark and to elevate the legal profession to new heights.
Maryke Schultz, B.Com, LLB
Attorney, Notary & Conveyancer
Maryke Schultz is an accomplished legal professional, serving as the Director of Schultz Incorporated. As an admitted Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer, she brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for upholding the highest standards in the legal profession.
Maryke began her academic journey at the University of Pretoria, where she obtained her B.Com Law degree, before furthering her studies with an LLB degree from the University of South Africa. Over the years, she has honed her skills across a diverse range of legal disciplines, including property law disputes, contract drafting, commercial law, general litigation, debt collection, and family law. Her extensive experience as a conveyancer and notary further enhances her ability to provide well-rounded and comprehensive legal services.
Passionate about the future of law, Maryke is dedicated to mentoring and guiding candidate practitioners, fostering the next generation of legal professionals. She believes that by nurturing young talent and championing ethical practices, the legal system can continue to evolve and adapt to meet the needs of all members of society.
Lizanne Schultz, BA Arts

Lizanne Schultz is a dynamic actor, editor, and all-around creative force with a Bachelor’s degree in Drama from the University of Pretoria. Since 2016, she has lent her exceptional editing skills to individuals and organizations, including esteemed names like the University of Pretoria, PPC, and UNICEF. Her passion for storytelling and visual creativity shines through in every project, making her a trusted collaborator across diverse industries.
Lizanne’s unique blend of artistic flair and technical expertise allows her to bridge the gap between creativity and functionality. She is particularly passionate about exploring how creative industries can seamlessly integrate with other professions to simplify workflows and enhance outcomes for everyone involved.
Adding another layer to her skill set, Lizanne worked as a legal transcriptionist for four years. This experience not only honed her attention to detail and ability to work under pressure but also made her the perfect complement to the team, bringing a fresh perspective and invaluable versatility.
